Jenny and her husband went above and beyond and really helped me out, not just with an extremely detailed job but also with great customer service. Highly recommended!

Amazing car detailing and service. Jenny and her team are top notch. I got the mini detail($120) with upgraded pet hair servicing(extra $20). It was well worth it.

Eric and their crew finished the job in under 90mins. They performed the service on the street and drove the car back up to me when they were finished. They had their own water supply and were fully equipped. After the job, I examined their work and felt good, so I let them go. Then under further inspection, I noticed there was still dog hair in the back of the bed of the car.

I then called Jenny and she immediately responded. She tried to call the crew back but they were already too far. Jenny was extremely apologetic and offered for the crew to come back the next day and redo the back. I agreed and sent Jenny photos.

The crew came back the next day and listened to exactly my wants and expectations about the cleaning. WOWOW, needless to say they did an amazing job. They took about 90% of the dog hair. Bravo to the crew for doing a fantastic job! I was most appreciative that they came back the next day to address my concern.

Also, they were so appreciative of me pointing out what I wasn't happy with. I felt bad they had to come back, but Eric and Jenny both made me feel okay about calling them back.

This spot is legit for a full handwash. Only been here once but I left satisfied with the service I received. I paid $35 plus a $10 tip for my SUV. Aaron was the main guy there that runs the show and he hooked me up with a few 'freebies' and made sure the final touches and small details were taken care of...total time for wait and wash was about 30 mins which wasn't too bad. Would definitely be back here for my car wash...Great job guys!

I contacted USA Car Wash as I have been looking for a new place to get my Jeep Wrangler cleaned. My old spot closed and used to charge $30 for interior and exterior cleaning. I sent several requests for quotes to different car washes near my home. Raffi, the owner of USA Car Wash contacted me right away and gave me an estimate lower then everyone else. They did a great job for an affordable price. I will definitely be going back when in the Hollywood area. I only hope they open a place closer to Culver City soon. Thank you Raffi! My car needed some serious interior detailing and after searching online for some locations, I stumbled upon this one on yelp. Located behind a gas station, I was a bit skeptical of the type of customer service I was going to receive. Well Raffi put my skepticism at ease as he and his great team of workers did an amazing job on my car! Great customer service, great detailing, great everything! :) I will most definitely be coming here for all my detailing services on my car! I highly recommend this place!

Call them you won't regret it! I mainly called them so they can clean the inside, as the dashboard was so dirty, the floor had lots of dog hair and overall dirt, and dirt in those hard to reach areas in between the seat and middle console. They cleaned everything- inside and outside and it looked like a new car again. The dashboard looked polished like new. And the tires were so shiny. I was so happy!

They are so polite and happy to help. They came out on time and did an amazing job! For $30, you really can't beat the price. Will recommend to all my family and friends!

After searching for a few car wash services, my friend and I decided to try out OC Car Wash. Jenny and Eric were so professional, were very careful and paid attention to the smallest details for cleaning both our Tesla's (model S and 3). Both cars had a beautiful shine to them looking like brand new cars!
